  2 days left and I am pretty cofeidnnt in my candidate. I would like my first comment to be bashing both sides, so here it goes! Shame on you both! Shame on you for all the phony, self-indulgance that is so easily picked out by anyone with eyes and ears. What happened to the memorable speeches that stood the test of time. Words that are spoken to make you think and change your life right there on the spot. You have heard them all before: Lincoln, Adams, Truman, Kennedy, etc. The noise coming from todays candidates is far more similar to Charlie Brown’s teacher than that of an individual striving to be a leader of the greatest nation in the world. Where is the authenticity? Where is the responisbility? Why is there not a candidate we can all get behind; Left OR Right. A leader that takes challenges and turns them into opportunities. Ego should not be inspiration for determination. We as Americans should take responsibility for these candidates. We should demands MORE from them. If not, we fire them, bring in someone new. Obama can be a nice guy. A great husband and father. He can be an exceptional golfer (Lord knows he practices alot), but what when it comes to being the leader of the free world .he fell short. He did not live up to his promises, nor even attempt to ( blah blah Geroge Bush blah blah ). I dont want to hear it! You fucked up and decieved us and America paid for it. I am 24yrs old. I was a great student and held jobs since I was 14yrs old. Once I graduated from college I worked 70hr work weeks until I landed a career. This career has led me to other great opportunities and here I sit in Corporate America as a Franchise Support Manager for a retail chain and now working also as a Director of Operations for a restaurant set to open in March. I worked my ass off to get to where I am today. I never asked for a hand out, but asked for help when I needed it. I never blamed others for my mistakes, but learned from my lessons and never made mistakes twice. I never was complacent and felt entitled to anything I did not derserve. In a world of compacency and entitlements, why should I give my hard earned spoils to those who have not helped themselves and tried to make it on thier own? I am striving to be part of that 1%. We all should be. And when I get there .when, not if .I will remember those who have helped me and I will be generous. But don’t ask for a handout. Don’t demand a handout (Mr. Obama). Our ancestors had dreams of streets paved with gold and made the best of thier situation. Well America, the streets are still shimmering with yellow opportunity. Are you willing to go and get it?
